Simply Tressie Ann Swatch Set - terms and conditions

By purchasing the Simply Tressie Ann Swatch Set, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Submission of Photos: Upon receiving the Swatch Set, you are required to take and submit your photos via the provided upload link within 3-5 days. Failure to do so may result in delays in processing your color analysis. You do not need a sunny day; overcast natural light works equally well.

2. Color Analysis Turnaround: Your color analysis will be completed within 5 business days of receiving your Swatch Set. Please allow this timeframe for Tressie to accurately assess your color palette. Your color palette and all of your digital resources will be emailed to you. 

3. Return Policy: Return the Swatch Set after receiving confirmation of your received photos from Tressie. If for any reason you cannot return your Swatch Set within 5 days, please communicate with Tressie. You can reach Tressie at [email protected] to let her know if you are having any problems.

4. Late Return Fees: If the Swatch Set is not returned after 30 days of your receipt of the Swatch Set and additional $350 late return fee will be applied. If the Swatch Set is not returned after 60 days, you will be charged $900 to replace the Swatch Set.

5. Returned Items: All items, including but not limited to, the 60 color drapes, the phone tripod, and the Bluetooth remote, must be returned inside the Kit.

6. Responsibility for Missing Items: In the event that any item included in the Swatch Set is not returned, a $50 replacement fee per missing item will apply.

7. Return Process: A prepaid return label is included in the Swatch Set for your convenience. Please use this label to return the Swatch Set within after receiving confirmation email from Tressie of your submitted photos. 5 days of receiving your color analysis results. If you lose your return label, email Tressie at [email protected] to request a new free return label to print at home.

8. Damage or Loss: You are responsible for any damage to or loss of items included in the Swatch Set during the rental period. Any such damage or loss may result in additional charges. No smoking, perfume, pets or food allowed on or around the Swatch Set

9. Use of Personal Information: We may use the personal information provided by you for the purpose of processing your color analysis and managing the rental of the Swatch Set. Your information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. If you prefer not to have your photos used, just let Tressie know, she always respects your privacy. 

10. Image Policy: Images of you wearing Swatch Set drapes are the property of Simply Tressie Ann and may be used for marketing and social media purposes. Identifying information (full name, location) will not be used.

11. Agreement to Terms: By purchasing the Swatch Set, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
